I spearheaded a comprehensive visual rebranding, including the redesign of the logo to better reflect the company's evolving identity. I introduced a fresh color palette and developed new branding elements, such as the Workpath pattern, to create a more cohesive and modern visual language. I created a new brand book, detailing updated guidelines for logo usage, typography, imagery, and tone to ensure consistency across all channels and communications. I worked on social media campaigns and Outcome Management content, reinforcing the brand's position in the B2B space and ensuring our visual identity resonated with our audience.

As part of Workpath's rebranding, I redesigned The Major Outcomes Podcast to align with the company's updated brand. Featured on Spotify, the podcast hosts industry leaders discussing Outcome Management and related strategies.

The Workpath ring is the centerpiece of the brand, serving as a versatile element to create dynamic patterns that enhance marketing materials. These patterns, paired with the logo mark, have become a defining signature of Workpath’s visual identity.

Supporting elements

The brand adopts the Workpath ring as its core element, symbolizing the OKR cycle and alignment around outcomes. By encapsulating the standalone "W" within the ring, I aimed to convey safety and approachability while giving the brand a modern, contemporary feel.

Logo mark

The color palette pairs vibrant yellow with bold dark blue as primary colors, adding light blue, magenta, and orange as dynamic secondaries. This combination creates a vibrant, friendly, and bold aesthetic, helping the brand stand out in the B2B space.
